The primary trial lawyer in the criminal defense area has previously served as a Special Assistant US Attorney and has substantial jury trial experience in both felony and misdemeanor trials. Mr. Weidner has given lectures and seminars on a variety of subjects and written articles on Driving Under the Influence. The firm's experience in the criminal defense area encompasses all phases of the litigation process from preliminary investigations through trial and numerous types of subpoenas and motions, as well as post-conviction matters, such as petition, motions for reduction of sentences, and sentencing memoranda. Weidner and Wegmann have handled criminal cases in the state and federal courts, on both the trial and appellate levels. Additionally, the firm counsels both witnesses and targets of grand juries who must respond to subpoenas for testimony and documents.
